When I bred Flirt to Cobb, I knew I wanted to keep a Flirt daughter.  I had no intentions of keeping a male puppy.  But when Gretzky was born, I was attracted to him instantly.  After all, he was the first puppy I had ever bred.  When he was born he was such a dark red that we thought he was a black tri.  What a surprise when we wiped him off and realized he wasn't black, but a red boy!  He was the pup that caught everyone's eye and as he grew, it was evident that he had the personality to go with his magnetism.  Gretzky is now living with his buddy Lindsay Gallagher and family and learning agility.
